My career has revolved around solving people’s problems. I believe in empathy and research are key to achieve this.
I have been working in Customer Success for the last 10 years. I have a strong passion and knowledge of all online trends where I can offer advice and insight to all companies on how to build and grow an online presence using websites, e-commerce, social media, online marketing, brand development, mobile and search engine optimization.
I have always had a passion for design. I want to use that passion combined with the experience I have acquired over the last decade in customer success to build and design products that provide the best experience possible.
During my time at AdvisorWebsites between 2012 and 2018, I designed, updated and redesigned websites using HTML, CSS, Foundation, Bootstrap, Javascript, Photoshop and Illustrator.
I also reported bugs, UI/UX experiences, and all customer issues to the development team. I also took part in design sprints and user research when developing the companies new website builder tool.
